Premium Cera Al₂O₃ (Alumina) Ceramic Paste is specifically engineered for Ceramic Stereolithography (AMC) and other vat photopolymerization-based additive manufacturing processes. With a high solid loading of 55 vol%, ultra-high purity (99.95%), and excellent rheological properties, this white paste enables the fabrication of complex, dense ceramic components with minimal shrinkage and superior surface finish — ideal for electrical insulators, biomedical implants, wear-resistant parts, and precision optical mounts.
Designed for aerospace sensors, medical devices (e.g., dental crowns, bone scaffolds), semiconductor fixtures, cutting tools, and high-temperature industrial components. After debinding and sintering, parts achieve near-theoretical density (98.5–99.2%), flexural strength up to 460 MPa, hardness of 16–20 GPa, fracture toughness of 4–5 MPa·m¹/², and surface roughness as low as ≈0.5 μm — meeting or exceeding ASTM C1161, ISO 6872, and GB/T 6569 specifications.
