Powder Prototyping
We employ proprietary advanced atomization powder manufacturing technology to provide full-process services, ranging from powder prototyping, small-batch preparation, application validation to mass production.
Forming Process
We conduct in-depth analysis of product structure, functionality, and operating conditions to provide comprehensive forming process services. Include 3D printing equipment process development, specialized material development, printing parameter optimization, and support structure design.


Heat Treatment
To meet specific performance requirements, we offer heat treatment processes including annealing, solution treatment plus aging. These processes ensure products fully satisfy operational demands. Our capabilities are supported by a large-scale vacuum heat treatment furnace with a maximum working size 1.5 Meter.
Surface Treatment
Through post-processing techniques such as machining, grinding and polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, and electroplating, we deliver components meeting diverse surface quality requirements. We possess a comprehensive suite of surface treatment equipment dedicated to additive manufacturing.
