Process Adaptation
Develop parameter windows (laser power, scan speed, etc.) on specific equipment to address defects like lack of fusion, balling, and hot cracking; establish a robust manufacturing process range to achieve dense forming.
Post-Processing Modification
Develop heat treatment regimes such as stress relief annealing, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), and solution aging; eliminate anisotropy and residual stresses, optimize microstructures, and ensure basic mechanical properties meet or exceed traditional forged/cast standards.

Practical Validation
Transition from lab standard specimens to real-world complex structural parts; conduct simulated condition tests (thermal cycling, corrosion, vibration) and installation trials (e.g., engine bench tests, pre-clinical studies); collect failure data for reverse iteration and optimization to ensure engineering reliability.
Standard Certification
Based on comprehensive validation data, build material fingerprint databases; pass industry-authoritative certifications (NADCAP, FDA, ASME, etc.); formulate enterprise/industry/national standards (ASTM/ISO/GB) to finally achieve mass production and market access.
