Parts Manufacturing

China’s Largest Commercial-scale 3D Metal Printing Base

In strategic partnership with LHATC, China’s largest commercial-scale facility for mass production of 3D metal printing, we deliver stable and scalable metal 3D manufacturing solutions.

Strategic Partner – LHATC

LHATC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Luzhou Aviation Development Investment Group. Its facility spans a site of approximately 1.94 million sq ft, with a built-up area of roughly 592,000 sq ft, forming an integrated industrial park that brings offices, R&D, production, and inspection together under one roof. The company’s core business is metal 3D printing services, complemented by a complete supporting industrial chain—including CNC machining, welding, plasma spraying, vacuum heat treatment, and quality inspection—which makes LHATC one of the largest providers of commercial-scale, mass-production metal 3D printing services in China.

LHATC has built a fully integrated, end-to-end production line for metal 3D printing, enabling one-stop manufacturing from R&D through to final delivery and allowing it to respond rapidly to customers’ customized production requirements. With a workforce of more than 200 employees—over 160 of whom hold a bachelor’s degree or higher—the company continually overcomes key technical challenges in the industry, delivering stable, high-efficiency metal 3D printing solutions. Its processes achieve one-piece forming of thin-walled, geometrically complex structures with consistent and reliable performance; certain products realize a 30% weight reduction versus conventionally manufactured parts and are now widely deployed in areas including engine components, lightweight cabin structures, and thermal management systems.

Plasma Spraying System for 3D Parts

Suitable for complex processing of various components, this system integrates domestic plasma spraying equipment with two key technologies: vacuum plasma spraying and internal hole plasma spraying. It enables the preparation of thermal barrier coatings for key components of new-generation high-performance engines, achieving coatings with greater uniformity, higher performance, and superior quality. It breaks through technical barriers in preparing thermal barrier coatings on the inner walls of small-diameter, high-depth holes; preparing high-temperature oxidation and corrosion-resistant coatings with mixed oxides at internal interfaces; and preparing dense coatings under low-pressure and low-oxide conditions.

Metal Materials Testing Center

The company’s Metal Materials Testing Center has successfully passed the CNAS-accredited inspection body. Its testing capabilities cover a wide range of parameters, including high-temperature tensile testing, room-temperature tensile testing, compositional analysis (ICP, CS, ONH), powder characterization (Hall flow rate, tap density, laser particle size), hardness, metallography, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis.

Professional Technical Team

Cooperating with the National Digital Design and Manufacturing Innovation Center, Sichuan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and other renowned institutions, we possess strong R&D capabilities and can provide customers with professional technical support and solutions.

Independent Original Technology

Possessing advanced additive manufacturing technology, we can precisely manufacture complex aerospace components, significantly enhancing the flexibility and performance of product design.

Aerospace-Grade Quality Assurance

We operate under a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 standards. From powder particle size distribution analysis to non-destructive testing of finished parts (CT scanning, X-ray inspection) and mechanical property verification, we ensure full data traceability throughout the entire workflow. This guarantees high consistency and reliability for every delivered part.

Comprehensive End-to-End Post-Processing Solutions

Understanding that “printing complete” does not equal “ready for use,” we operate a fully equipped post-processing center. Our services cover support removal, sandblasting, heat treatment (stress relief/aging), CNC precision machining, surface polishing, anodizing, and painting. Clients receive ready-to-assemble finished components.

Custom User Case

Forgecise has successfully delivered custom parts for clients across aerospace, medical, automotive, and molding industries. We transform unique challenges into high-performance solutions that drive innovation and superior results.
