Premium Cera ZrO₂ (Zirconia) Ceramic Paste is specifically engineered for Ceramic Stereolithography (AMC) and other vat photopolymerization-based additive manufacturing processes. With a balanced solid loading of 45 vol%, ultra-high purity (99.9%), and exceptional fracture toughness (7.3 MPa·m¹/²), this white paste enables the fabrication of complex, dense ceramic components with outstanding mechanical strength — ideal for dental crowns & bridges, orthopedic implants, wear-resistant valves, cutting tools, and high-stress industrial parts.
Designed for biomedical devices (e.g., hip joints, spinal cages), aerospace sensors, semiconductor fixtures, precision bearings, and luxury watch cases. After debinding and sintering, parts achieve near-theoretical density (98.8–99.5%), flexural strength up to 1100 MPa, hardness of 11.5–12.5 GPa, and surface roughness as low as ≈0.6 μm — meeting or exceeding ISO 13356, ASTM F2345, and GB/T 21651 specifications.
