Premium PA12 (Polyamide 12 / Nylon 12) Powder is specifically engineered for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and other powder bed fusion polymer additive manufacturing processes. With a tightly controlled particle size distribution of 50–55μm, spherical morphology, and low apparent density (0.40 g/cm³), this powder ensures excellent flowability, uniform layer deposition, and minimal warpage — ideal for functional prototypes, end-use parts, jigs & fixtures, and small-batch production.
Designed for automotive ducts, consumer electronics housings, medical device enclosures, aerospace brackets, and industrial tooling inserts. After SLS processing, parts achieve high mechanical integrity with tensile strength of 43 MPa, elongation up to ≥15%, flexural strength of 57 MPa, notched impact strength of 3.8 KJ/m², unnotched impact strength of 20.7 KJ/m², and heat deflection temperature up to 146.1°C @0.45MPa — meeting or exceeding ISO 1183, ASTM D638, and GB/T 1040 specifications.
