With a high apparent density of 0.66 g/cm³, this composite powder delivers exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability, and thermal resistance — ideal for functional prototypes, end-use parts under load, jigs & fixtures, and small-batch production requiring metal-like rigidity without the weight.
Designed for automotive intake manifolds, drone frames, industrial tooling inserts, electrical housings, and aerospace brackets. After SLS processing, parts achieve high mechanical integrity with tensile modulus of 3498 MPa, flexural strength of 67 MPa, elongation of 5%, notched impact strength of 4.11 KJ/m², unnotched impact strength of 19.26 KJ/m², and heat deflection temperature up to 163°C @0.45MPa — meeting or exceeding ISO 1183, ASTM D638, and GB/T 1040 specifications.
