Premium MF100 Mineral-Fiber Reinforced Nylon 12 Powder is specifically engineered for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and other powder bed fusion polymer additive manufacturing processes. With a low apparent density of 0.53 g/cm³, this composite powder delivers exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability, and superior thermal resistance — ideal for functional prototypes, end-use parts under high load or temperature, jigs & fixtures, and small-batch production requiring metal-like rigidity without the weight.
Designed for automotive engine covers, drone structural frames, industrial tooling inserts, electrical housings, aerospace brackets, and consumer electronics enclosures. After SLS processing, parts achieve outstanding mechanical integrity with tensile modulus of 6128 MPa, flexural strength of 74 MPa, elongation of 4.6%, notched impact strength of 5.58 KJ/m², unnotched impact strength of 20.75 KJ/m², and heat deflection temperature up to 170°C @0.45MPa.
