Premium QCr1 Chromium Bronze (High-Conductivity Copper Alloy) Powder is specifically engineered for Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and other metal additive manufacturing processes. With a precisely controlled particle size of 15–53μm, spherical morphology, and good flowability (50S Hall Flow), this powder enables the fabrication of complex geometries with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity — ideal for heat exchangers, mold inserts, RF components, and high-current electrical contacts.

Designed for injection molding tools, die-casting dies, electronics cooling systems, aerospace connectors, and power transmission parts. After SLM processing, parts achieve near-full density (≥98%), with tensile strength of 300 MPa, yield strength of 200 MPa, elongation up to 5%, elastic modulus of 90 GPa, and hardness ranging from 170 to 200 HB — meeting or exceeding ASTM B624, EN CW106C, and GB/T 5231 specifications.
