With a tightly controlled particle size distribution of 15–45μm, spherical morphology, and excellent flowability (45S Hall Flow), this powder ensures consistent layer deposition, high build success rates, and superior mechanical properties in complex, lightweight geometries.

Designed for aerospace, medical implant, automotive racing, and marine applications requiring exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility — ideal for aircraft brackets, spinal cages, dental abutments, engine components, and prosthetic limbs. After SLM processing, parts achieve near-full density (≥99%), with tensile strength ≥1000 MPa, yield strength ≥900 MPa, elongation up to 10%, and hardness of 294 HB — meeting or exceeding ASTM F136 and AMS 4928 standards.
