Premium GH4169 / IN718 Nickel-Based Superalloy Powder is specifically engineered for Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and other metal additive manufacturing processes. With a precisely controlled particle size of 15–53μm, spherical morphology, and excellent flowability (45S Hall Flow), this powder ensures superior layer uniformity, minimal porosity, and exceptional mechanical properties in both as-built and heat-treated conditions — ideal for extreme environments requiring high strength, creep resistance, and oxidation/corrosion resistance up to 700°C.

Designed for aerospace turbine blades, rocket engine components, nuclear reactor parts, oil & gas downhole tools, industrial gas turbines, and high-performance racing exhaust systems. After SLM processing and subsequent aging treatment, parts achieve near-full density (≥99%), with tensile strength up to 1240 MPa, yield strength up to 1000 MPa, elongation up to 30%, elastic modulus of 140–180 GPa, and hardness up to 455 HB — meeting or exceeding ASTM B637, AMS 5662, and GB/T 14992 specifications.
